Rotterdam down-to-earth.
At home in complex organisations.

I'm Mattania (Matt), born and raised in Rotterdam. For more than 14 years I worked in higher education and healthcare, including at Erasmus MC and Tilburg University: setting up and leading departments, information management, application management, project leadership.

I know how technology works — and where I need others. I deliver results without losing sight of the human side.
